Jessica Simpson Flashes Ring & Fiance in NYC (PHOTOS)

Jessica Simpson led fiance Eric Johnson through a sea of paparazzi Friday in Manhattan. Jess flashed her diamond ring as she held Eric's hand tight as they left their hotel together in Soho.

Reports surfaced, and were shot down this week, that Simpson put a "no-cheating" clause in her prenup with Johnson. In fact, Simpson and Johnson supposedly do not have a prenup at all.

No word yet on when the couple will tie the knot, but we're sure the savvy business woman will throw an elegant affair!

Meanwhile, just last weekend, Jessica's ex-hubby Nick Lachey and his fiance Vanessa Minnillo hosted a weekend filled of wedding celebrations back in Los Angeles.
