True Blood hunk Alexander Skarsgard was photographed heading to the gym in Studio City on Monday. HBO's sexiest vampire look built even through his t-shirt, as he tried to keep a low profile with his sunglasses on.

Skarsgard told Interview recently that he felt flattered by obsessive True Blood fans.

“It means a lot to know that what you’re doing actually means something to someone. But the thing that I feel to be a problem potentially is that you become that character, that in the industry, people associate it too closely with who you are and what you can do.”
