Zuma Rossdale Shows Up to Playground with Broken Arm After 'Freak Accident' (PHOTOS)
Zuma Rossdale isn't letting a little broken arm get in the way of his playtime. Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale's youngest son enjoyed a sunny day at Flower Park in Pasadena, Calif. alongside his mom and brother Kingston as well as his nanny.
Gavin revealed to People.com how his two-year-old boy managed to break a bone, calling the incident "horrific." The Bush lead singer explained, "It was one of the worst nights of our lives. ... It was one of those freak events -- he fell. A freak accident." Gavin told the publication that Zuma fell off a countertop in their family home, thus breaking his arm.
Though the incident left Zuma in a cast, his dad assured People that his son is doing well. “He’s fine now,” says the rocker. “It’s almost worse for us [as parents] … The kids are never alone and you turn your back — it takes a split second.”
Aside from Zuma's broken arm, the family has certainly been having a lot of fun lately. They just celebrated Kingston's fifth birthday and vacationed in France during the Cannes Film Festival.
