Britney Spears Unleashes 'I Wanna Go' Cover Art (PHOTO)
On the edge of her big summer tour, Britney Spears says she's ready in song with the release of the cover art for her new single: "I Wanna Go."
Brit posted a pic of the official artwork on Twitter, playfully typing out "I-I-I Wanna Go-o-o-o" as in the song's refrain. Looking fresh and vibrant, she's rocking some colored extensions and her sweet southern girl smile.
Just days before kick starting her cross-country trek with opening act Nicki Minaj (which starts June 16), she's also apparently planning to spend time with her cohort before their road trip!
She tweeted at the eccentric pop star: "Can't wait to see you tmw Nicki. #FemmeFataleTour -Britney"
Meanwhile, Brit seems to be on the mind of another music great, as oddly enough Barry Manilow says he was inspired by her struggles on his new album! Crazy, right? Exactly. Barry tells the LA Times:
"The thing we started to think about was when Britney Spears was being hounded by the paparazzi. They were driving her crazy. She couldn't have a life without them pulling up next to her car and following her and driving her crazy to the point where, that was around the time she shaved off her hair. I think they actually helped to drive her crazy. We all looked at it in horror… and I said, 'Is this what happens these days?' So it seemed like a thing to be writing an album about."
