After successfully slimming down (losing 80 pounds!), Jennifer Hudson is singing the praises of healthy weight loss.
The Oscar-winning diva is planning to tell all her secrets in a new book that will dive deep into her major lifestyle change. The book (currently untitled) is a memoir that plans to openly address the unhealthy eating habits she developed from an early age -- to the pain of being scrutinized for her weight on American Idol. But the real reason behind her transformation?
As a new mom (to her now 2-year-old son), she decided to get healthy after her baby was born. Here's more from the publisher's release:
