Nicole Kidman's Bizarre Velvet & Silk Dress: Yay or Nay? (PHOTOS)

The normally stylish Nicole Kidman made a major style slip-up when she attend the CMT Music Awards on Wednesday, June 8 in a blue and green velvet Proenza Schouler dress.

The horizontal strips on the heavy dress masked the Moulin Rouge actress' beautiful figure while the sheer bottom half threw off the balance of the dress. Nicole topped off the dress with on-trend gray nail polish and cute retro-inspired fringe.
