Selena Gomez Explains Mystery Illness During Santa Monica Concert (PHOTOS)

Selena Gomez may have had to postpone last week's mini-concert in Santa Monica due to a sudden illness, but the 18-year-old didn't let fans down as she finally performed on Monday afternoon -- and Celebuzz was there! She stepped out looking better than ever and told fans she is feeling good.

Looking happy and healthy, she was all smiles as she belted out some of her best tunes for hoards of fans. After her two songs, the Disney star did a short Q&A with her loyal fans.

How could you not be feeling good with all that support?!

SelGo shared her thanks on Twitter, and said to her more than five millions followers:

"Feeling much better, thank you all for being so understanding. Can't wait to see you all today at Santa Monica..."

Selena also explained her recent hospitalization to fans:  "I was just very malnourished, so I was low on iron and exhausted."

"I want to thank you so much for coming [today]," Selena continued. "If you guys came on Friday, I'm so sorry that I couldn't be here. I love you guys very much."
