First Look: Tom Cruise Gets Shirtless & Tatted for ‘Rock of Ages’ (PHOTOS)
We’ve seen the whole cast of Rock of Ages around Miami, filming the Broadway musical turned feature film for the last couple months or so, but now is the first look at the film’s main rocker — Tom Cruise!
In this just released photo, the actor ditches his shirt and channels his inner rock star for his character, Stacee Jaxx. Just look at the luscious hair flowing in the wind! If that’s not a rock star, we don’t know what is.
The film’s director, Adam Shankman, shared this first photo on Twitter and said:
“Ladies and gents: first look at tom cruise as stacee jaxx! First day of shooting!”
We have to say, he looks great! We think he’ll be perfect for this role.
The film also stars Diego Boneta, Julianne Hough, Alec Baldwin and Russell Brand. It hits theaters June 1, 2012.

Tom Cruise is one of a few talented actors that can pull off any act you put in front of him. I can’t wait to see this movie it’s going to be EPIC..!!!
Tom Cruise Rocks…age is irrelevent…I hate Scientology…but Cruise can act like a “Rock Star” because he has the temperment of one!
Tom cruise is not just good looking man his almost perfect coz whatever rule that will give him he can act professionally thats why he deserve to be famous im really excited to see his movie Rock of Ages.
