Teen Mom Amber Portwood was reportedly released from the hospital today after a suicide scare landed her there.

Radar Online says the 21-year-old was most likely kept at the hospital on a 72-hour hold for psychiatric evaluation. She was admitted three days ago after police responded to a call at her home.

Her on-again-off-again boyfriend Gary Shirley had this to say:

"The amount of positive support and energy has been overwhelming. An email account has been set up for those who would like to send well wishes to Amber herself," the teen baby daddy posted via Twitter.

Star, who first reported the story, says it was Gary who phoned the police, adding that Amber was face-up on the couch when they arrived on the scene. The magazine also reports when two EMT workers arrived, they “removed rope that Amber had loosely knotted around her neck”, adding that she was “in and out of consciousness.”
