Kim Kardashian was sun-kissed and smiling after coming off a yacht in the New York harbor. The reality star was joined by PR heavyweight and friend Jonathan Cheban. 

Kim chose a sexy strapless minidress for her Thursday night in the city, and paired it with a red clutch. This fashionista is getting the recognition she deserves in the fashion industry as it was announced that she'll be appearing on Project Runway. 

She tweeted about the opportunity, writing: 

"Fashion fun today on Project Runway with @HeidiKlum@MichaelKors @NinaGarcia!"
