Beyonce: I Always Said I Would Have a Baby at 30 (VIDEO)

Beyonce dropped by Piers Morgan Tonight on Monday to promote her new album, 4 -- but she still couldn't escape the inevitable baby questions. When asked about her future and the possibly of having children with rapper Jay-Z, Beyonce candidly answered: "I always said I'd have a baby at 30," she said. "I'm 29. But I also said I was going to retire at 30. I'm not retiring."

So, is a baby on the way? "Only God knows," she said.

In addition, the "Run The World" singer gushed about how excited she was to be turning 30 this fall.

"I feel like 30 is the ideal age, because you're mature enough to know who you are and have your boundaries and your standards and not be afraid or too polite, but young enough to be a young woman. I'm so looking forward to it."

Beyonce Spotted in London

After the interview, Piers Morgan gushed about his day with the pop star, tweeting:

"Tea, scones, shopping and hugs with #Beyonce. Plus an INCREDIBLE interview. And how was YOUR day? #notasgoodasmine."

Beyonce has been taking the world by storm. On Sunday evening, she treated concert-goers in England to a fierce performance during the Glastonbury Festival. With a skimpy gold top and black short-shorts, B showed off her dance moves and belted out her hits like “Single Ladies.”
