Disney Channel’s ‘Friends For Change Games’ Are a Big Hit!
Your favorite Disney stars are in it to win it!
The first installment of Disney’s Friends for Change Games aired this weekend and millions of kids and teens tuned in to watch Disney Channel celebs gear up for some fun — and unorthodox — Olympic-based games.
Disney’s huge Friends for Change Games runs this summer, and challenges teams of Disney stars to compete to win money for the charity of their choice. Here’s a team-by-team breakdown:
The Green team (which includes David Henrie from Wizards of Waverly Place) is competing on behalf of Flora and Fauna International, the Red team (which includes Wizards‘ Jake T. Austin) is playing for the World Wildlife Fund, the Blue team (featuring Debby Ryan from Jessie) is playing for the Ocean Conservancy, and the Yellow team (headed up by captain Bridgit Mendler of Good Luck Charlie) is playing for UNICEF.
To ensure that everyone is a winner, Disney will donate $ 125,000 to each team’s charity, but the ultimate champion team will win an additional $100,000! These games, hosted by Tiffany Thornton from So Random! and Jason Earles from Kickin’ It, may get competitive, but with a common goal in sight, whichever teams wins, it’s sure to be a victory for everyone.
So which team has what it takes to take this challenge by storm? Tune in to Disney Channel Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and root for your favorite team!

Debby Ryan has had alot of stress in these games. She is captain of the ONLY team who HASN’T won 1 game. She feels like she has let down her team when really she is a sweet, strong girl. Commentors like you ppl should NOT b putting her down like this. Just love and support her, and STOP moaning about her. If she hasn’t even won 1 game HOW can she b a cheater?! Debby Ryan has had the toughest time in these Disney Friends 4 Change Games. She is the team captain of the ONLY team that hasn’t won ONE game! Everyone keeps putting her down and accusing her of cheating. How on earth could she’ve cheated if she hasn’t won?! The poor girl has been intimidated, shouted at and put down. The whole point of the Disney Friends 4 Change Games is to help the Earth in it’s time of need. Just accept the fact that it’s only 4 fun and stop hurting her feelings! BTW why aren’t Dylan/Cole Sprouse in these games?!
