Celebrities love them some short-shorts! Hilary Duff showed off her athletic legs, rocking some some jean fringed shorts.
Hil hit up Fred Segal Wednesday pairing her cut-offs with a casual grey v-neck tee and some pink flats.
Apparently Hilary scored during her shopping trip, even making an outfit swap on her way out into heels, green shorts and a cream top.
Photogs say it took several trips to take her purchases back to her car before picking up some food at the cafe next door to go.
