Jill Scott Sheds 63 Pounds! Singer Reveals Slimming Plan
“There’s a world of discovery in [Jett's] eyes,” she tells Us mag. “I want to be around to enjoy it!” Her road to a healthier lifestyle was a struggle, she says: “I’d walk up nine steps and be out of breath!”
How did she lose the weight?
Jill now eats three low-fat meals plus two snacks each day. Three times a week, she does 60-minute cardio and strength-training sessions with her trainer Scott Parker.
Her favorite? Biking outdoors, because she can bring her son along. “We have fun!” She adds that while she’s happy about the weight loss, she’s not trying to change her womanly curves. “I’ll never be a stick figure,” she says.
