Kate Middleton Makes Wardrobe Change for Her Canadian Arrival (PHOTOS)
Most noticeable was Kate's wardrobe change. For her arrival, she opted for a navy lace, scoop-backed dress created by Erdem Moralioglu, a Canadian designer. When she boarded the flight earlier, she was wearing a well-tailored suit dress and blazer.
Their eleven-day, nine-city North American tour will mostly consist of official events and receptions – most notably an event in Ottawa on Canada Day where Prince William will give an official speech and a three-day weekend in Los Angeles.
In the most high profile event of the trip, William & Kate are hosting a polo tournament in Santa Barbara, CA, with the proceeds going toward Prince William and Prince Harry‘s charity foundation. The event is open to the public for $400, although VIP tickets with limited access to the royal couple start at $4,000 apiece. Hollywood royalty Oprah Winfrey, David Beckham, and Sylvester Stallone are expected to be in attendance at the event.
Kate is reportedly bringing over 40 outfits (and her personal hairstylist) for the 11 day excursion. And we have no doubt that each outfit will look stunning. We wish them the best on their first tour as a royal couple.
