we soak some brautworst in dark beer and onions. We then heat it on the stove for awhile. After that we take the bratwoart out and grill (follow @mellanhead)
Love any kind of bbq, but really miss tri-tip from Central coast of Cali...hard to find in Michigan!

I love love love grilled corn, so I'll put some fresh stalks on the grill and put my own twist on them by smothering them in a chipotle/coconut butter. That's the stuff.
