It would be the perfect dress to wear to the US Coast Guard Festival (in Grand Haven, MI) in early August! The color matches the blue waters of Lake Michigan. Perfect twist on a patriotic/nautical theme, while looking chic AND staying comfortable in the heat. Just add some cute platform wedge sandals and it's the PERECT outfit!!!
