Hilary Duff Shows Off Toned Physique in Teeny Bikini (PHOTOS)

Hilary Duff scaled the rocks and waves of Capri, Italy in a little black bikini. The former Disney star, 23, looked fit and fabulous as she joined her husband Mike Comrie in the sun and surf almost one year after they married (the two said “I do” on Aug. 14 in Santa Barbara, Calif.).
This isn’t the first time this summer we’ve seen Hilary showing some skin!
While shopping at Fred Segal in Calif., the actress showed off her athletic legs, rocking some some jean fringed shorts. The fashionista paired her Daisy Dukes with a casual grey V-neck tee and some pink flats.

I’m not saying she’s unhealthy looking…but when the description says that there’s a toned body…I don’t see toned. I see normal, healthy–and beautiful. But toned??
