Daniel Radcliffe Relives His First 'Harry Potter' Interview on 'Regis & Kelly' (PHOTOS)

Daniel Radcliffe was mobbed by fans, some of whom had camped out overnight, as he left the Live with Regis & Kelly show in New York City. The Harry Potter star happily signed autographs and took photos with his die-heard fans.

During his interview on the morning talk show, the hosts replayed a clip from Daniel's past: his first ever interview on the show, which originally aired on November 23, 2001. In the clip, the young star gushes about the Empire State Building and seeing Broadway hit The Producers. Thinking about how far he's come with the Potter franchise, Daniel (obviously joking!) said:

"I'm going to sit my kids down at 12, and go 'What have you done?!' I had already done two films by now."

Earlier this week, Emma Watson, Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Tom Felton and the entire Potter crew stepped out in New York City Monday for the premiere of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2.

Emma looked glamorous as usual in a strapless bronze dress created by Bottega Veneta while DanRad and Rupert looked dashing in their suits.

It all ends when Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 hits theaters Friday, July 15. Do you already have your tickets? Let us know in the comments section.

There is a trainwreck quality about Danny. He needs to slow it down.
