Cuteness alert! Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield were adorable together participating in the press conference for The Amazing Spider-Man at Comic-Con. The rumored real-life couple (after seeing their chemistry, we believe it!) was asked how they knew this project was something worth doing.

"Sorry, I'm going to embarrass you," Emma said turning to Garfield. "For me it was Andrew."

"I think Marc [the director] is amazing, and the producers are amazing, and Sony is amazing, the script was so interesting. It's a different story than you've seen before, but it was Andrew -- because my character experiences everything with Peter [Parker]. It's her first love. They experience so much together, he teaches her so much, they teach each other so much and so with [Andrew] it made sense. Once I read with him and once I met him, it just made sense."

"That's nice of you to say," Garfield said afterward.

It sounds like the chemistry was there from the first time they met! Andrew and Emma were asked what it was like when they saw each other in costume for the first time, which happened to be during the screen test.

"I walked in and he was in the full Spider-Man suit," Stone said before Andrew jumped in saying: "scratching my ass."

"Scratching his ass. Which was great," continued Emma. "No but I went in and I needed to stand next to him for the camera test and I really inappropriately started touching [Andrew]. He's like stop touching me! I was like you have to realize everyone is in the room with Spider-Man. This isn't just about you! Everyone is around Spider-Man right now.

"It had nothing to do with me," laughed Garfield.

"It had nothing to do with you at all. So it was pretty incredible to see him in costume for he first time. I couldn't see his face," added Emma.

"She was also wearing a Spider-Man costume," joked Andrew about when he saw her for the first time.

"Isn't that funny? Isn't that weird? It's such a small world," laughed Emma.

"No she wasn't really doing that. Emma's natural hair color is blond, but I had never seen her as a blond so that was interesting I guess," smiled Garfield. "It suits you I think. So does the red."

Told you they were adorable! As if we weren't already stoked for The Amazing Spider-Man, seeing Emma and Andrew together got us pumped up even more.

Yeah, that trailer's made from bits of Boy A and past Spider-Man movies, looks like. I'm extremely excited about the movie, though! I'm sure it's going to be fantastic.
