Kim Kardashian and Sisters Greeted by Cameras at Burbank Airport (PHOTOS)
Kim was dressed in a flowing short white skirt and nude-colored blouse. Kourtney stood next to her in a black blazer and white button-up, while Khloe chose a pair of brown boots and a minidress for the shoot. The girls looked happy to be all together. The Jenner/Kardashian clan have been spending quite a bit of time together as they've been shooting their reality show.
Just yesterday, July 21, Kim posted pics of her family visiting Disneyland in Anaheim, Calif. She blogged:
"We went to Disneyland last week, and we honestly hadn’t been in years! It was Mason’s first time! He had such a great time. He was so scared to meet Minnie and Mickey and would only high five them! No hugs or kisses, LOL!"

they didnt call the paparazzi... those cameras are there to film their show, called keeping up with the kardashians.
kim and kourtney's shoes are ok, khloe's one is really stylish but didn't match the dress, kim's dress is lovely, kourtney's is normal
OF COURSE they were "greeted by cameras"! They call the paparazzi themselves!
