Friends and family said goodbye to Amy Winehouse on Tuesday at a small, private funeral that was held in London for the "Rehab" singer. Among those in attendance were Kelly Osbourne and Amy's Back to Black producer Mark Ronson (also Samantha Ronson's brother).

Kelly, 26, reportedly wore a beehive hairstyle to the funeral in honor of her late friend. On Saturday, Kelly tweeted following the news of Amy's passing, writing:

"I can't even breath right my now. I'm crying so hard. I just lost one of my best friends. I love you forever Amy and will never forget the real you!"
The ceremony was held at Edgwarebury Cemetery, and a few fans and photographers lined the streets to also pay their respects. According to The Associated Press, "the service was expected to be followed by cremation and a family gathering at a local synagogue."

Another artist to pay his respects this week was Banksy

The anonymous street artist's artwork showed up in Camden, the black and white image was of Amy (complete with her tattoos) with angel wings.

Amy's autopsy was conducted on Monday but police say they are waiting for the toxicology report to come back in a few weeks to determine her cause of death. On Saturday, July 23, news broke that the 27-year-old Grammy award-winning singer died of an apparent drug overdose. The singer has battled addiction to drugs and alcohol for years, most recently checking into another rehab facility in May.

One could only wonder what Amy Winehouse would think were she alive to witness the overwhelming outpouring of convivial love and ardent loss. Could one dare wonder herself admonishing herself for having taking her self exploits to the level she had? Could one imagine the bitter tears only all too late of how much this princess was so ardently loved and missed despite her persistent self loathing? But that is the irony of being and loving, and of being a celebrity who is always by virtue of their public persona held accountable to an identity that not even they can reckon with.
