Keo Nozari is known for his upbeat pop-dance style and eclectic sets, but the top 20 Billboard charting DJ -- who has spun tracks at private parties for celebs like Vanessa Williams -- is also a singer-songwriter!
The multi-talented star recently released his latest piece of work entitled Love Boutique, an album three years in the making.
Celebuzz chatted a bit with Nozari about his new music and personal favorites, and here's what he had to say:
Can you tell us a little about Keo Nozari and how you started performing and DJing? DJing was pure accident. I wanted to hear how my first album would sound when played out, so I started DJing at local bars in Brooklyn -- and to my surprise, it totally took off! My first album, Late Nite VIP, dropped soon after and gave me three hits -- including a Billboard Top 20 song called "Rewind." A lifelong dream having watched those charts since I was a kid -- which brings us to my new album Love Boutique.
How did the album title Love Boutique come about? I love listening to albums where all the songs have unique personality. I think of Love Boutique as the most amazing 'store' where you go and try on different styles depending on your mood and always come out with a perfect fit.
What message do you hope your fans take from your music? Hopefully a sense of self-empowerment, celebrating the moment, not taking yourself too seriously and to put love above all else.

id love to win the new ipod touch because i have always wanted one! i have always begged my parents to get me one but they never gave in. i have a cd player buts it so expensive to get a whole album when i only like 2 or 3 songs out of 10 or more songs that come with it. so its like a waste of money and if i had an ipod i could buy any song that i wanted which would be so much easier and less expensive!! i havent herd keos music but id love to get to listen to it!

The iPod Touch will help me get through the daily grind and make life less stressful. I can watch my favorite movies, play games and listen to my favorite songs all day long while on the go & accomplishing my daily tasks.

I always listen to music when I run or walk, and in the car. I use the music player on my phone, so I fumble with headphones and switching to call mode, checking emails and reminders, etc. It'd be nice to have a dedicated music player I can smoothly jam to!
Given that my biggest dream is to live in a musical (and someday - I swear- I'll start singing and dancing in a crowd, just to check if someone follows my steps), getting this prize would definitely be useful to create the illusion =D

I always cheer myself, one of them is by music.another is video. music and video are the best collaboration of my life, even it is when I am happy, sad, angry, or anything else. I would win because I enjoy listening to music but my iPod classic is old and always having problems. With a new ipod, I could update my music and enjoy apps that I always wanted.
I would LOVE an ipod touch because I have been wanting one since the first generation one came out years ago but I never got one so I have to listen to my old CD player which makes it harder to listen to the songs I want to listen to when I want to listen to them because I can't just download them from itunes like I could if I had an ipod touch, I have to go buy the CD that the song is in which is also more expensive since instead of just buying one song I have to buy a bunch plus my CD player cannot play videos, does not have games, and does not have all of the amazing apps that the ipod touch does. I would love to win an iPod because it would make it convenient for me to entertain my kids on the go, and give me the opportunity to do so much more multi-tasking. Plus having Keo on there is one less thing I would have to buy on iTunes! ^_^

My brother has an iPod touch 2nd Generation. The other day he tried to fix a broken volume button, but as soon as he fixed it, the screen cracked in half. I want to be a good sister (and let him forgive me for all the trouble I've caused him) and win him this iPod touch:)
