'Real Housewives' Respond to Russell Armstrong's Death
After news broke that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Taylor Armstrong's estranged husband, Russell Armstrong had committed suicide, her fellow housewives took to the Web to express how deeply saddened they were by this tragic news.
A rep for Bravo kicked off the condolences, saying "All of us at Bravo are deeply saddened by this tragic news. Our sympathy and thoughts are with the Armstrong family at this difficult time.”

According to TMZ, the Los Angeles City Fire Department arrived at Russell's house and pronounced him dead at 8:16 p.m. on Monday. The site says as of late, there is no suicide note. Russell, 47, was reportedly found hanging in his bedroom.
Taylor filed for divorce from her husband last month after claiming that he physically and emotionally abused her. Back in Dec. 2010, the reality star commented on her marriage to E!, saying, “It’s a work in progress. We’re doing the best we can and really focusing on our family.”
