David Arquette Shows Up for Storytime at the 2011 D23 Expo (PHOTOS)

David Arquette may be getting close to reaching his 40s, but he proved he was a Disney kid at heart at the D23 Expo in Anaheim, CA on Friday night.

The Scream movie series actor made a special guest appearance during the Expo's Storytime event to participate in a cast reading of a Jake and the Never Land Pirates story for the current Disney Junior animated television series by the same name. Arquette showed his excitement for the event via his Twitter, saying:

At the Disney D23 Expo. I love anything Mickey Mouse related.
Who doesn't? For those of you who have yet to catch an episode of his show, he also explained a little more about it:
I'm here with Jake and the Never Land Pirates. I do the voice of Skully the Parrot.
Skully is known as the guardian character of the series because he always looks after his friends, the Never Land Pirates. We think it's a perfect fit for Arquette!
