James Marsden Suits Up for GQ (PHOTOS)
In the issue, the 37-year-old actor opened up about Straw Dogs, his new thriller-drama with Alexander Skarsgard and Kate Bosworth, adding that he needed a serious mental break after filming wrapped. His cure? Signing onto family-friendly flick, Hop.
"I made Straw Dogs first, and now I think you know why I did Hop. I needed to do some goofy pratfalls and talk to a rabbit for a few months."
Although there have been some critics opposing the movie remake, James defends the film saying that the storyline does break away from the 1971 original. “There’s plenty of people out there who will say this movie did not need to be remade. But there are plenty of symphonies out there playing Mozart, you know?”
Straw Dogs hits the big screen September 16. Watch the trailer below.
