Demi Lovato Rocks Skin Tight LBD at Perez Hilton's Pre-VMA Party (PHOTOS)
The 19-year-old singer came out to blogger Perez Hilton's pre-Video Music Awards concert at the Wiltern in LA on Saturday night and showed off her curves in a form-fitting LBD. Also, Demi channeled old Hollywood glam with some soft waves. Love it!
We hope that DL has a chance o rest up before Sunday evening's festivities!

Uhm haha I don't think she can control it. Boobs are made of fat so when you gain weight they get bigger, women with bigger breasts (such as Demi now) struggle with dresses because it's hard to find ones that fit around that area properly AND the rest of her body :P I don't think she's intentionally flaunting them all the time, it just must take some getting used to after what she's been though!
