After a brief honeymoon with hubby Kris Humphries in Italy, Kim flew back to Los Angeles to present at last night's Video Music Awards, and was already spotted at LAX on Monday.
With Kourtney, Scott Disick, and baby Mason in tow as well, the family was all smiles as they headed into the airport.
