Kate Bosworth Refers to Ex Alexander Skarsgard as 'Kind' & 'Dedicated'
She gushed over Alex in a recent interview with Black Book Magazine, saying:
"Alex is so kind and so dedicated and so incredibly professional. He's got this rare wonderful control and still that you notice in a lot of old movie stars. He looks you in the eye. I feel incredibly lucky to have had that type of man in this movie."
The 28-year-old actress even went so far as to open up about the shocking scene where Alexander's character Charlie rapes her character Amy.
“I told Alex not to worry about me, to just go for it. I said, I need you to lose yourself in this moment. And it was actually violent. He’s a huge guy. When he was ripping off my clothes in front of a room filled with men, even though I knew it was make-believe, it was still incredibly violating and terrifying. The panic you see flooding me in that rape scene is real.”According to the Straw Dogs' IMDB description: "L.A. screenwriter David Sumner (James Marsden) relocates with his wife (Bosworth) to her hometown in the deep South. There, while tensions build between them, a brewing conflict with locals (Skarsgard) becomes a threat to them both."
