Lindsay Lohan Rocks Shades in L.A. (PHOTOS)
The 25-year-old starlet rocked a light black graphic dress and platform sandals as she made her way about town. Among her stops: a visit to the salon and a local drug testing and wellness center.
But it wasn't all fun for Lindsay: According to Radar, the actress was slapped with a parking ticket for parking her car in a red zone in front of a fire hydrant.
Lindsay's Thursday outing comes just a few days after TMZ snapped photos of the brand-new tattoo on her ribcage, which has lyrics from the Billy Joel song, I Go to Extremes.
"Clear as a crystal sharp as a knife/I feel like I'm in the prime of my life," it reads.

Has anyone considered that this child may have a learning disability? Some how she just does npt get it. Aren't we all just really tired of her drama?
