Ali Lohan Before & After: What Do You Think of Her New Look? (PHOTOS)
Looking all sorts of different, Ali Lohan stepped out in Beverly Hills Tuesday afternoon and showed off a total transformation!
Although Ali has always been slim, she appears to have thinned down, especially in her upper body. Her long hair remains, but it is a few shades lighter than her previously dark ‘do. It also appears there are some changes to her eyebrows, cheeks, nose and lips.
While makeup and weight loss can certainly create a big change, some speculate that she’s had plastic surgery. What do you think? Tell Celebuzz your thoughts in the comments!

I’m not trying to be mean but she looks incredibly old for her age.. And her face is quite different to how it was a few years ago on their E! reality program.
She still looked too old for her age in the ‘before’ picture but at least she looked healthier, happier even.

Completely agree!!! How sad that she felt she had to ruin her looks in order to get work — or whatever. Kind of not surprised considering the family she comes from. I really thought she had her head in a good place. Oh well, another Lohan career about to go down the toilet. So sad for Ali – she really used to be a cute girl.
Actually, I’ll be her career takes off…the skinnier these celebs get, the more exposure & jobs they seem to get…maybe it’s time to tell these modeling agencies that their idea of perfection is unhealthy–and not really very attractive!
I’m sure if you check with an insider at NEXT Model Management, you’d probably find out they told her to lose that extra baby fat fast, maybe even as a condition to sign her. (Now she looks like the typical high fashion model–kind of weird, extremely skinny.)

From this side view she looks like a man. Now, I feel bad saying that if she has had no plastic surgery. Which if she did have a surgery it’s a shame cause she’s so young, and she hasn’t finished developing. The face changes every 7 years? So it’s a shame if she did cause she was pretty. And it’s also sad if this is her real face, just a “growing up” face.
