With the help of CGI, the commercial features cameos by such Hollywood icons as Grace Kelly, Marlene Dietrich and Marilyn Monroe, who at one point exclaims, "Dior!"
Theron, who is a familiar face with Dior, spoke fondly of her experience while filming the ultra-chic commercial. "It was incredibly glamorous and fantastic. I don’t think I’ll experience something like that again in my lifetime," she said, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

It's not an impersonator, an actress, or even human, it is a computer hologram. Grace, Marilyn, and Marlene are all digital.
I don't think thats really Marilyn or they used an impersonator at one point. If you look closely that nose is plastic surgery and the face is painted to filth!!
