Megan Fox Admits She Was Too Skinny, Ditches Vegan Diet

Megan Fox just did the unthinkable in Hollywood- admitted that she was too thin. The gorgeous actress revealed in a recent interview with Amica magazine that she was shocked into giving up her vegan diet when she realized how much weight she had lost.

“For a year and a half, until about four months ago, I followed a strict vegan diet based on raw fruits and vegetables, no bread, sugar and coffee,” Megan said. “But I had lost too much weight.”

“So now I eat a bit of everything. And I train three times a week doing circuit training with my trainer Harley Pasternak,” adds Fox.

Harley told Starlounge UK that Meg follows the 5-Factor diet which is to eat five small meals a day which include the five dietary factors including healthy fats, lean protein, fibre and a non-sugar drink.

“Megan wants her body to reflect who she is,” says Pasternak. “She looks awesome. She’s natural, softly spoken and her personality shines through her fantastic shape.”

And a couple that works out together stays together! Apparently Meg’s hubby Brian Austin Green follows the same routine.
