Josh Duhamel Runs, Shows Off Guns (PHOTOS)

Talk about a heatwave! Transformers stud Josh Duhamel took it to the beach today to get his fitness on. The scorching heat couldn't stop this action star from getting in a morning run.

Treading the sands of South Beach, FL, he wore a a grey tee with rolled up sleeves and a Miami Dolphins cap.

It seems he and his wife agree on a favorite team! The actor supported wife Fergie when she sang the National Anthem to kick-off Monday Night Football.

Fergie sounded (and looked) fabulous as she made her way through the "Star Spangled Banner" in Miami, complete with a fly-by from an Air Force fighter jet. Watch Fergie sing her heart out in a video below:

Unfortunately, her charm could only bring the Dolphins so much luck. They got trounced by the New England Patriots by a score of 38-24, with Tom Brady lighting the Dolphins up for 517 yards and 4 touchdowns.
