Gerard Butler Latest Celeb to Show Dramatic Weight Loss (PHOTOS)
Gerard Butler first got our attention with his super buff bod in the 2006 flick 300, but over the years he’s fought the flab, even looking a little stalky in Jan. 2010 while sunning in Barbados.
However, 2011 has been treating the actor right! He’s looking slim and trim and hotter than ever! The actor recently commented on his weight loss, telling E!:
“If I wear a long shirt, everyone says ‘Oh my God, he lost so much weight!’ But this is how I look. I just used to be a lot bigger. But now I’m surfing. I’m doing a surf movie so I have to slim down. I don’t know … maybe I’m sick or something!”
He added during the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week interview,
“I ate my last meal in October and I run about 40 miles a day.”
In all seriousness, he said of his training regiment, “It’s just doing a lot of cardio and extremely watching what I eat. I stopped lifting big weights and I’m doing yoga. It’s not hard to be in shape … it’s hard to be in really good shape. I generally train for a role and give everything to that, and then you stop and then you do it again.”

Adele is a beautiful person inside and out. I think as long as she is happy it should not matter if she is a size 2 or 22. Not everyone in Hollywood needs to be a stick figure. Adele just needs to be healthy that is all anyone can do. I am glad that she is a thick girl, she looks like a real person unlike almost everyone else in Hollywood. Adele don’t feel pressured to be anything that you are not. <3
