Even if you didn’t grow up in the ’80s, the classic films from the era live on as must see movies. Who hasn’t spent a Saturday afternoon watching The Breakfast Club or laughed with their besties while enjoying the coming of age tale Pretty in Pink?
While these beloved John Hughes movies are all available on DVD (or Netflix), the current trend in Hollywood is a good old fashioned remake. The Celebuzz staff can’t think of a better batch of films to consider a revival!
We’ve cast Kristen Stewart in the role Ally Sheedy made famous in The Breakfast Club, with Emma Stone as the modern day Molly Ringwald.
Do you agree with our picks? Peep our video and tell us who you’d cast!

This is really really horrible why would they remake classic movies, yuck, :(
No! No! NO! Leave Hugh’s films ALONE!!!
HUGHES’S films of course. damn typos!
HELL NO on K-Stew, she can’t act and would absolutely ruin a classic if they remade it with her in it
