The annual event sponsored by L'Oreal Paris honors a select group of women in entertainment who have made a significant difference to their chosen causes. This years' 2011 Lifetime Impact Honorees include: Annette Bening, Mary J. Blige, Eva Longoria, Lea Michele, Stacey Snider, and Olivia Wilde.
Before the big event, Lea tweeted about how nervous she was about attending.
"Getting ready for the Variety Power Of Women luncheon! I have to give a speech and I'm so nervous!!"We're sure she did just fine.
Meanwhile, the newly single Glee star stepped out to a luncheon benefiting the Saban Free Clinic at Michael Kors Collection Store in Beverly Hills on Tuesday. Lea looked flawless in a lightly printed pink mini.
