I have 'liked' Celebuzz on Facebook and followed Celebuzz on Twitter (@Karma5o4). I would love to win this Invisible Children Charity Necklace to show my support for the children in Uganda. Many of us think we have it bad until we hear or read about about the struggles of other people. I would wear this necklace very proudly, knowing that the proceeds go to those children in need! I would of course wear it as an everyday jewelry item, and when asked the meaning/significance of my necklace, it would be a great time to spread the word of the mission behind such a great charity!

I think i deserve this necklace because im a firm believer in helping others. I have a deaf son who requires alot of help and patience and dedication. We live in the USA which makes it a whole lot easier to adapt to certain situations. I honestly do not have the means to help others but in my heart I wish I could. If you only help just to give yourself a good name then thats not really helping if it comes from the heart then thats whats most important. I dont have alot of money but I have alot of love to give and when I can I do.

  • chelyea

Invisible Children is incredible! It's my charity of choice on Crowdtap (Join and see how you can help too! I would be so honored to wear this necklace so when anybody compliments it or asks it's story, I could spread the word about such a great and worthy cause. Great giveaway Celebuzz!

I would wear this necklace as a reminder not to forget the children who are affected by violence, or war but also their strength like that of the powerful roots of a tree grounded in the earth. The tree represents to me hope; that each of these young children when instilled with love, support, healing and confidence will grow into young leaders with mighty voices that will not be ignored. I follow you on twitter with profile name JerseyGirlGab.

  • haileemalloryxo

Today, I had invisible children come to my School in Port Alberni, BC. It was truely amazing, and i will never forget it. It touched my heart in many ways. I have taken it upon myself to start fundraising and helping people as much as possible. This necklace is symbolic to me in the way that I know I have helped people, and it is amazing. I suggest everyone goes and donates to this cause, because it is WELL worth it!!!! My goal is 500, help out if you can!

I would love to win this prize package because that necklace is gorgeous. While I have not been able to see the movie yet, I am definitely going to buy it once it is released on dvd. I feel that in many places the children are often the ones who suffer the most. I am unable to to travel to these war torn countries or donate a lot of money to help so I do what I can from my own home here in America by being a foster/adoptive parent. The only kids I have been able to help so far are relatives of mine, but I am doing my part to give them a life they would not have had otherwise. I applaud Sam Childers and all of the other advocates who are risking their lives and putting their money where their mouths are to help innocent children who cannot help themselves.
