Check out some of Hollywood's most hysterical duos.
He coined the phrase “wolf pack of one” and had people everywhere wanting to name their babies Carlos and today, Oct. 1, Zach Galifianakis turns 42! In his honor, we are celebrating by looking back at his funniest MOVIE moments. From The Hangover to Due Date, here are the top five moments we came up with:

Stand Up, I’m a Lady

In It’s Kind of a Funny Story, Zach plays an adult patient in a hospital’s psychiatric ward. He takes Craig (Keir Gilchrist) under his wing and in this hilarious scene, helps him with his dating skills.

Car in a House

Most people don’t remember (because they didn’t see the movie) Zach G’s small role in the comedy Youth In Revolt starring Michael Cera, but he certainly stole this scene when a car is found inside the house!

Restroom Scene

Zach, playing an aspiring, delusional actor Ethan Tremblay, makes an ordinary trip unordinary thanks to his…quirkiness. When Peter (Robert Downy Jr) gets accidentally involved with Zach’s character in Due Date, the two continue on a road trip together resulting in funny scenes like this one.

Shipping and Handling

In Dinner for Schmucks, Zach plays the boss of Steve Carell’s character at the IRS. He wears bibs, reads minds, and delivers witty lines one after the other. What more can you ask for?

Wolf Pack

He was the breakout star in The Hangover, and this was the scene that shot him to stardom. The quintessential Zach Galifianakis scene with his costars Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, and Justin Bartha…the Wolf Pack Speech.
