    My best relaxation moments are when I give myself me time without any noise. I love scented candles and it really takes relaxing to a whole new level. I put the boys down to bed and go to my room close the door, light some candles and just lay in my bed for 20-30 mins without any noise. If you're a mom you know there is always chaos and noise in the house. So quiet time with a room that smells nice instead of poop and spit up is all we really need to relax. :)

    to relax i usually go to the gym then i shower, after that i shut my blinds and the curtains turn on my fan and turn on some non stimulating ocean sounds fluff up my pillows and bam relaxation heaven. :o)

    This relaxation tip is my favorite because it can be done by anyone at any time. I pick a pleasant memory or scene (I have a couple that I use as a standard in case I am too stressed to come up with one) and concentrate on the feeling of that place or time. Within seconds or minutes I physically and mentally relax. I recomend this to anyone who like me cant "get away" very often. Hope this tip helps someone!

    Yoga relaxes me. It's the only time I get to have peace and quiet in my day (other than sleeping). With working full time and 2 kids, I need that. But, I don't get to the gym everyday so it would be nice to have these tools for home!
