We all know that Lady Gaga is no stranger to controversy, but has she gone too far with her latest shenanigans?
The “You and I” singer performed a very Marilyn Monroe-esque serenade for former President Bill Clinton at the event, A Decade of Difference: A Concert Celebrating 10 Years of the William J. Clinton Foundation, on Saturday and stripped down to a barely there outfit.
