Pregnant Hilary Duff Takes Her Adorable Dog to the Vet (PHOTOS)

Hilary Duff looked super sexy in a stripped minidress as she ran errands around Los Angeles on Tuesday afternoon. But the pregnant actress sure had her hands full, carrying her handbag in one hand and her adorable chihuahua in the other.

She was all smiles as the paparazzi snapped the duo. Hil wrapped the pup in a fleece blanket as she took it for a check-up at the veterinary.

Earlier this week, Hilary, who is expecting her first child with husband Mike Comrie, stopped by Ellen DeGeneres‘ show and revealed she’s having a boy!

“I haven’t told anyone yet. I wanted to tell you first. I just found out,” Hilary, 24, told Ellen. “It’s a boy! I had a feeling it was a boy the whole time.”

She is four months along, but isn't letting her pregnancy affect her style. Last week, the mommy-to-be stopped by The Grove in Hollywood to film a segment for Extra. She showed off her tiny baby bump in a nude top and rocked a pair of short blue shorts and heels.
