JWoww Gives Workout Tips For Having 'Gravity Defying Boobs'


"Yes, my boobs may be 'enhanced,' but they still need to get a workout to maintain their perkiness," JWoww writes on her blog before listing "gravity defying boob" exercises. 

The Jersey Shore star has never denied that she's had some plastic surgery, but in this particular post, she's trying to help women keep their breasts "up and at em!" 

One of the workouts reads: 

Chest Fly with Dumbells -Lie on the floor or on a workout bench. Hold light-to-medium weights (three to ten pounds) over the chest with your palms facing each other. -Keeping your elbows slightly bent, lower your arms out to the sides and down until they’re level with your chest. -Keep your elbows in a fixed position and be sure not to lower the weights too low. -Squeeze your chest muscles to bring your arms back up as though you’re hugging a tree. -Repeat for one to three sets of ten to fifteen reps.

    Actually, boobs are made of breast tissue, muscle, and fat. When you work out you are strengthening your muscles making your boobs perkier, and ridding your boobs of saggy fat. And fake boobs are non automatically perky, have you never seen someone who has had implants and they sag if they don't get them re done properly. This exercise is great for perky boobs, it is also recommended by Jillian Michaels.

    @jenn learn anatomy, there is a muscle underneath your boobs called the pectoralis major. plus boobs are mostly glands unless you are overweight. so what you are saying is that people shouldn't work out at all because they will just become saggy balls of flesh???

    Actually working your chest makes your boobs saggy and go away because boobs are made of fat and working out makes you lose fat. You can't stop gravity. And fake boobs are automatically perky but weather they're real or fake they all sag in the end anyhow!

    the exercises she listed actually do work, and just because she has implants doesn't mean her advice isn't correct. Implants are actually placed on or underneath the muscles in your chest, so logically by working out those muscles you would be keeping your chest perky
