A glowing Beyoncè Knowles pampered herself yesterday in NYC at Sakura Nail and Spa and was sporting a multi-colored, patterned, button-down top. The 30 year-old mommy-to-be finished off the look with black skinny jeans and strappy black heels. Not your average maternity outfit!
