Hey Mark Ballas, Pete Wentz circa 2003 called, he wants his look back!
The Dancing with the Stars pro stepped out Tuesday night throwing up the peace sign and looking like a Fall Out Boy in his beanie hat, all black ensemble and the final touch, guyliner!!! The done-up dancer was ready to rock n’ roll as he showed up at West Hollywood hotspot Madeo restaurant.

Though he and partner Kristin Cavallari were voted off this season, Mark has still been dancing up a storm! On Tuesday night, he and fellow Dancing pro Lacey Schwimmer did a little number with some kids. The guyliner may have been left over from this pre-Halloween dance routine. Check out the video below!
