'American Idol' Runner-Up Lauren Alaina Drops 25 Pounds: See Before & After (PHOTOS)
The 5-foot-7 Georgia native dropped 25 pounds in the last five months, which really shows on her face and frame.
"Changing my diet was the big thing," she tells Us Weekly. "I had to learn correct portion control." The 16-year-old had a little help with that thanks to a meal delivery service called Sunfare.
"I eat an egg-white omelet for breakfast, shrimp and veggies for lunch and chicken with asparagus for dinner," she says of her new meal plan.

She added, "Lots of squats have also helped. "I'm 10 pounds from my goal -- almost there! I wear size small and extra-small now!"
I also think that she does need to put some weight on,she is way too thin, and maybe she can get a decent pair of Boobs,along with a thicker body,she does look awful, and yes Eddie will also cheat on her as well, like they say ,what comes around goes around,so there, home wrecker woman............!

Adele is a beautiful person inside and out. I think as long as she is happy it should not matter if she is a size 2 or 22. Not everyone in Hollywood needs to be a stick figure. Adele just needs to be healthy that is all anyone can do. I am glad that she is a thick girl, she looks like a real person unlike almost everyone else in Hollywood.
