Justin Bieber Talks About New Christmas Album with Radio Disney
Teen pop sensation Justin Bieber's highly anticipated Christmas album Under The Mistletoe has been all the rage since the teen star revealed his plans for the album over the summer. With a collaboration with Mariah Carey as well as Busta Rhymes, Bieber has certified his place as a holiday force to be reckoned with this Christmas.
In celebration of the release of his album today, Justin went on-air with Radio Disney's Ernie D on "Take Over with Ernie D"! How does Biebs describe this album?
"They're different. I don't think you've ever heard anyone say 'shawty' in a Christmas song before."
Bieber is also scheduled to perform "Mistletoe" on Disney Channel's "So Random!" on December 4, marking the first time that he has performed the newly released single for a TV audience (he gave fans a sneak peek in concert).
The singer says the song has proved to be popular with the ladies during the holidays:
"It's basically just about having a date on Christmas and being able to kiss your girl underneath the mistletoe. The girls really like it."
They do indeed -- as with just about anything Bieber related!
A portion of the proceeds from Under The Mistletoe will be donated to seven different organizations that Justin has selected as his charities. When asked about what inspired him to select so many organizations, Justin responded:
"I wanted be able to do as much as I could do to give back and spread a lot of ground."
The holidays are the prefect time to give back, and all you have to do to help the cause is buy the album!
