Mariah Carey Reveals How She Lost 30 Pounds of Baby Weight in 3 Months
Mariah Carey has shed the baby weight and is ready to flaunt her bodacious bod! Just six months after having twins Moroccan and Monroe (aka Roc and Roe), the diva graces the cover of Us Weekly baring her toned stomach.
"I gained an enormous amount of weight," she told Us, adding that she lost 30 pounds in just three months. Also on The Rosie Show, she said her total weight loss including water was 70 pounds. "It was a huge blessing to be able to have the babies. But I felt trapped in my body because I couldn't move."

According to her, she met with a nutritionist at Jenny (aka Jenny Craig) and stuck to a 1,500 calorie diet all the while working out three times a week.
Meanwhile, Mariah told Rosie O'Donnell on her Tuesday show:
"The first week, I lost 40 lbs. … of just water. It was just water, initially. When I started with the program, I lost at least 30 lbs. of weight that needed to be lost."She added, "The diet is 90 percent of it." Mariah also told Rosie that she never step on a scale but would rather ask herself, "'Does this size dress fit me that I wore three years ago? I'm good, let's go.' I would go by what it looked like, how I felt." Nick Cannon praised his wife for her hard work -- sweetly saying on his blog: "She is sexy at any size, but she feels great and is literally glowing ... that happy confident glow is the sexiest thing a woman can wear."
He added: "I am so proud of my wife. She works hard and it shows in everything she does. She's an amazing mom and wife and I am the luckiest man on the planet."
