Having my boyfriend next to me helps me sleep. I often wonder how I slept without him next to me. These would be perfect for us because he sweats so easily with our cotton sheets and we've also tried bamboo sheets but nothing seems to cool his body down at night. These would be amazing. @l_marielle

Good sheets definitely helps! I've been eyeing these sheets for a long time now! Would LOVE to win them. I workout daily and do not drink a lot of caffeine late in the day. I also use a white noise machine to block out outside noise.
I like to be surrounded by pillows when I sleep. It makes me feel very safe!
I must have some type of noise around me to fall asleep - whether it's a fan, music, or the tv on....
I always go right to sleep after I get a good workout in! As soon as my head hits the pillow I am fast asleep!
As a mom the number one thing that helps me sleep at my best is knowing my kids are secure, healthy,comfy and cuddled. After that is set, I set the alarms then a good warm sleepytime tea, clean fresh sheets, a prayer to the man above and ALWAYS a kiss goodnight from my hubby. Even if the earth is shaking as long as all that is set im all good. Goodnight now, way past my bedtime as you can see if my kiddos arent having a great night i always resort to some late night celebuzz :)
I start off with some tea. neatly turndown the bed, pillows ahead and spray a mist of pillow mist. Put on a sleeping mask and off to sleep paradise.

My husband sleeping next to me helps me sleep at night :) We're in the USMC and he's always gone so when he's home I always sleep great!

in order to get a good night sleep my room has to be dark and quiet. it has to be cool i hate when its hot i cant fall asleep. i wear blindfolds it relaxes me and helps me fall out faster. i love sleeping under the covers i feel so warm n comfy lol. and of course having my hubby next to me!
I can't sleep until I know my kids are tucked in safe and sound. After I check on them, I snuggle in bed with my fiance and drift off to sleep. :) Thanks for the contest!
If I exercise daily and I am on a good and consistent sleep schedule, then I have no problem falling asleep at night. If I have caffeine at night, then I will have a problem falling asleep.
My best sleep aid is to be romantic with my husband - and we both pass out in sheer bliss. =)

what helps me get to sleep is a warm shower, then i put my phone away, i read a book and i cuddle with my animals. and i set the thermostat down to the recommended 69 degrees. im always too warm at night so these would be perfect, im willing to try anything to get a better nights sleep! and i need it after the long odd hours i work at the hospital!

Having 1 half of the duvet opened during the day so its cold when i pull it over me, also turning the pillow over so its nice and cold to lay on, i feel like going for a nap just talking about it haha:)
