I'm all about the treadmill, and walking my dogs twice a day.
I don't have much time to exercise, so at my desk, whenever I remember to take a break, I'll put my elbows on the desk and do a few "reverse crunches." Before bed, I do some crunches on my mattress. While I cook, I jog around the room - sounds silly, but it definitely helps to squeeze in some movement whenever you can!
my favorite is walking and bike riding.
I enjoying anything that doesn't feel like excersize; walking the dog, hiking, kayaking, etc. That being said, these shoes would not be for me, they would be for my fiance because he loves to run! (@l_marille)

We have an elliptical in our house. I get on it and watch trashy TV shows I don't let myself watch unless I'm working out.
My favorite way to exercise is either pilates or sports. I love football, softball, and even beach volleyball if I can get enough people to play :)

I just started running (although I don't have running shoes) and I love it. I want to start trainging for a 5K.
My favorite way to exercise is running. I love races, anything from Marathons to 5K's as well as Relays and will participate in my second Rugged Maniac in Sept. I also hit the gym to strength train 3x's a week.

my favorite way to exercise would be anything outside, i prefer to be outdoors rather then the gym! i love doing activities like tennis and i do 5Ks monthly :)
ohh I need a new pair of shoes haha. My FAVE way to exercise is to go on a walk with my my baby boy and my husband. We love being outdoors and getting exercise at the same time :)

i would love to win these awesome shoes..i would love to give it a try..never owned some like these.I would love to use them now that i am pregnant because i always walk to buy groceries or to take walks and take my liitle girl to school. I could really use them for my tiring feet
my favorite way to exercise is Zumba Fitness, at my local gym or on the wii... i've lose 75lb's in 5 months doing it (of course that included healthy eating) and i have a new goal of 35lb's for my wedding in september 2012 :)

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis so my favorite way to exercise is walking. I have found that Mizuno shoes are the most comfortable tennis shoes ever!!

there's this thing in my city that's called the Beer Run; its super fun! you run 6 miles and then afterwards they reward you with free food & beer! my favorite way to exercise is doing anything with a reward after :)

I am an old fashion meat and potatoes type guy. My favorie way to exercise is to run untill my legs give out from under me.If I'm not pushing it to the limit, you won't find me doing it.
